Paper Abstract:
|
Since 2009, the role of French pharmacists have evolved in the accompaniment of chronic patients due to the establishment of pharmaceutical interviews. Observia in partnership with Sandoz has developed an interactive and educational application to facilitate and manage patient learning. The objective was to evaluate the impact of the Observia-Sandozs application on the progress of knowledge acquisition in asthmatic patients and in patients treated by anticoagulants (AVK / AOD) as measured by the change in overall score between first interview and the last one. |
